Biografia
August Joensalo is a Finland-based film director and writer interested in topics such as memory, time, identity, embodiment and play. They use film and images to create both relatable utopias for queer individuals, as well as to break down the binaries of language, bodies, and identities. Their practice is focused on celebrating trans resilience, joy and existence.
