With the cost of living on the rise and their old fishing cottage increasingly seen as a financial asset to cash in on, Biddy and Rob find themselves on the brink of crisis. But Biddy has an idea, a plan, a longing: to paint. In the quiet of a village seemingly forgotten by time, her paintings might be their only way out. Can art change their fate? And who, in that remote corner of the world, will take notice of her talent?
Biografia
Ben Kernow is a director, screenwriter, and producer from North Cornwall. Trained as an actor at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, he has worked in both theatre and film. In 2018, he founded Ha Hum Ah Productions. His debut film Sensibility won Best Short Film at the Bristol Independent Film Festival and received several nominations at other festivals.
